This week we added no new miners. Mining profits for Infinity Hash went down a bit, with the price for IHS staying stable even though Bitcoin went down. Apart from this, we did fan and filter updates and a lot of maintenance and cleaning work.

Miner and Farm Updates

Work on the farm

Minor repairs were made to the miners on the farm. We also cleaned the containers and miners and worked on the filters for the containers.

Announcements

With the current US tariffs in the background and Bitcoin dropping below 80,000 USD on many days, the average global costs to mine one BTC haven been higher than Bitcoin’s price on many days. This means a lot of mining operations are mining at a loss right now.

We expect global mining difficulty to drop with the next update in less than two weeks or the difficulty update after that, which would result in higher mining rewards.
