This is our 87th post in the Infinity Hash Weekly Update series for March 31 2025.

This week we added no new miners. Mining profits for Infinity Hash went up a bit, with IHS going down together with Bitcoin. In this update: Bug fixes, Electricity Mining announcement, new fans and transformer inspections at the farm.

You can always get a full overview of past charts and numbers on the Weekly Updates page.

Dashboard and Feature Updates

Alchemy Pay fixes

This week, we mainly resolved problems with our AlchemyPay integration (cards, bank transfers, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and many more). If you like to help us with testing, feel free to try it out (it’s available on the deposit page and on the buy shares page). We’d love to get some feedback on how well it works.

Electricity Mining preparations

Currently, we are finishing dashboard preparations and expect to go online within this week (we’ll send out an email and notifications on all socials as soon as it is online). Check the announcements section below for more information on Electricity Mining.

Miner and Farm Updates

Installing more high volume fans

This week, the final preparations were made for the installation of new, bigger fans. In addition, the first fans have already been connected and are running. Make sure to watch this week’s update video for more details!

Why we need bigger fans: The new, bigger fans help to transport hot air out of containers, while also reducing the workload from the smaller fans on the miners themselves. These improvements are critical for late spring and summer, ensuring we don’t have to throttle miners to prevent overheating on warm and hot days.

Testing transformers

In addition, two transformers were checked by an external electrician regarding oil level, connections, and testing of all cables. This is a new stability measure that will be done on a more regular basis to catch any transformer problems early and prevent unnecessary repairs.

Announcements

You might have received our email about Electricity Mining (we’ll send another one and post everywhere once it’s available in the dashboard). In the post below, we summarized all the information about the new product (and linked to the new product page).

Why we are adding Electricity Mining: Due to the high costs of setting up gas generators and heat reuse technology, we chose to separate parts of the infrastructure funding from Infinity Hash Stacks itself. This way, everyone holding IHS will benefit from the long-term efficiency gains without losing hash rate to infrastructure costs now.

TLDR: Outsourcing infrastructure costs to a secondary product with a broader target group will lead to more miner purchases for Infinity Hash Stacks.

This week, you’ll find your Mining industry recap (Episode 27) and an article on how to spot Bitcoin mining scams:

Weather Conditions

The current weather conditions at the mining farm are: Clear. Quite cool. Current temperatures at 4.92°C / 40.85°F provide good cooling conditions, with the weather forecast showing an upward trend in temperatures. This should result in slightly decreased profits.

Transparency

You can always check our pool and wallet links to get a complete and transparent overview of our pool, all miners in the pool, our public reinvest wallet, and our electricity costs on the page below:

As always, it has been a pleasure to provide you with the latest information on the Infinity Hash project. We wish our community a great week and happy mining together!
