This is our 93rd post in the Infinity Hash Weekly Update series for May 12 2025.
This week we added new miners. Mining profits for Infinity Hash went up a bit, with the price for IHS going up together with Bitcoin. Apart from this, we made a lot of progress on backend updates and speed improvements for the dashboard. Our big container fans should be arriving soon; we ordered two Sealminer A2 for testing, and the clock is ticking if you want to take part in Electricity Mining with Project Greenhouse.

Dashboard and Feature Updates
This week, we worked on a bigger backend update to improve and re-model our database. The update is about 80% finished and will lead to a faster dashboard as well as less overhead for other development tasks.
In the light of the database update, we pushed the marketplace update (10% burn instead of 20% fee) as well as the automated withdrawals update back by 1–2 weeks. Work on them will resume as soon as the last 20% of the database update is finished.
Apart from this, we also improved our daily mining profits workflow to distribute to the reinvest and electricity wallet faster and more reliable.

Although we didn’t have an opportunity to shoot a weekly update video this time, the big container fans should arrive this week. We’ll post updates on all socials as well as in our new Telegram Update channel.

Sealminer A2: New miner models on the way
We’ve placed an order for 2 Bitdeer Sealminer A2 units for Infinity Hash to evaluate their performance. These ASIC miners deliver a hashrate of 226 TH/s at 3730W, achieving an impressive energy efficiency of 16.5 J/TH. This is comparable to a Whatsminer M60S, but slightly more energy-efficient.
That’s a significant improvement compared to our current fleet average of 28.5 J/TH. If they meet our expectations in terms of efficiency and reliability in real-world conditions, we’re ready to order and deploy more units of this model.
We’ll also publish multiple articles comparing the Antminer S21, the Whatsminer M60, and the Sealminer A2 over the coming days and weeks to provide more in-depth comparative information for you.

Weather Conditions
The current weather conditions at the mining farm are: Mostly cloudy. Cool. Current temperatures at 11.9°C / 53.42°F provide good cooling conditions, with the weather forecast showing an upward trend in temperatures. This should result in slightly decreased profits.
