This is our 72nd post in the Infinity Hash Weekly Update series for Dec 16 2024.

This week we added a lot of new miners, finished support for more reward pools, introduced new payment methods and fixed a few smaller bugs. Mining profits for Infinity Hash went up with no major downtime and share price for IHS going up together with Bitcoin. Dashboard and Feature Updates

Update deposit and buy shares pages

We updated the deposit page, it’s dialogs and made the buy share page more user friendly.

The deposit page is much clearer regarding whether a direct purchase or an actual crypto deposit will be triggered by a deposit. Furthermore, we improved the design on mobile and added more payment options, featuring Google and Apple Pay as well as better card support.

The buy shares dialog was redesigned, too. The option to buy shares via existing dashboard funds will now only be visible if a user actually has dashboard funds. Furthermore, we split deposit options for direct share purchases into two groups (crypto and non-crypto assets). This way we can provide the most used options at the top and make the first purchase of new users with no crypto background more straight forward.

New Ripple (XRP) reward pool

Ripple (XRP) is now available as a reward pool! PS: XRP was added on community request. If you are new to Bitcoin or mining, we strongly advice sticking to the BTC, IHS and USDT rewards pools for a lower risk profile (not financial advice)!

Announcements

Official project company

From now on, the Infinity Hash project will be officially backed by Infinity Hash Limited. This update doesn’t only bring regulatory clarity, but also offers better security for bigger investors and institutions, while opening more opportunities and doors for us as a project.

By picking a crypto-friendly location, we were able to gain the advantages of an official company backing our project without having to change its structure as a community project. Actually, there are no changes to how Infinity Hash operates, from the communities perspective!

The last months and a forecast

We recently crossed a total hash rate of 100 PH/s, mined more than 20 Bitcoin total, are nearing our 1000 miners milestone and will reach 50,000 registered users sooner than later. All of these updates are clear indicators, that Infinity Hash has grown from a mining experiment to a serious community project with a bright future.

This requires a more serious approach to the project structure and easier to use technology to help onboard new users and keep scaling while the bull market lasts. This way, we can cement a long-term foundation for the years to come.

A bigger project ensures enough cash flow to finance ongoing infrastructure improvements that enable us to provide cheaper and cheaper electricity, which is the foundation of Infinity Hash’s profitability and competitiveness, as well as a necessity for reaching our next milestone of providing 1% of the global Bitcoin hash rate with a community project.

Community marketplace fee transfer

We just transferred (TX-ID: https://tronscan.org) the community marketplace fee of 17956 USDT to the reinvest wallet. This is from marketplace transactions since the last transfer on the 27th of May 2024 (you can check monthly transparency report #9 for details). New miners will be bought and added to the pool to increase everyone’s rewards soon.

#5 share supply burn

This week we burned 5000 IHS worth over 19.3k USD at the current and worth over 20k USD based on the average purchase price. This will increase rewards. We are looking forward to continue with more burns over time.

The current weather conditions at the mining farm are: Snow flurries. Passing clouds. Cold. Current temperatures at -9.24°C / 15.36°F provide excellent cooling conditions, with the weather forecast showing an upward trend in temperatures. This should result in stable profits.
