This is our 101th post in the Infinity Hash Weekly Update series for Jul 07 2025.

This week we added no new miners. Mining profits for Infinity Hash went up a lot with the IHS price staying stable even though Bitcoin went up. We finished plenty of smaller dashboard fixes and improvements and made good progress on the marketplace and payment flow updates. Apart from this, we improved hot and cold zones and cleaned miners as preparation for hotter summer weeks.

a) Completed updates

Smaller bug fixes and improvements

This week, we mainly fixed smaller bugs on the statistics page and within the identity verification flow. On the statistics page, the pool hashrate chart is back! We also included the OCEAN pool history since we switched (personal hashrate data for all accounts was inserted too).

A small thing to note here: You can see how relatively stable the hashrate has gotten after recent farm upgrades and a better network connection to the pool. If we continue with improvements in the current way, we might reach 99% uptime for the year 2025. ملحوظة: The hashrate and wallet data for the public API will be restored soon, which will make the IHS price calculator and a few other website features work again.

Reward table improvements

We updated the rewards table to show the latest rewards entry with pulsing circles as soon as we booked the hashrate from the pool. While the system does the orders and reward pool bookings in the background, you will still see the pulsing circles. As soon as each reward pool is booked, the actual numbers will be shown.

We did this to decrease confusion if there is a total amount shown in the small rewards table but the full history still shows no entry until everything is booked.

b) Current development efforts

In the background, we made significant progress on the marketplace burns and the payment flow updates. We are confident that we can enable the marketplace burn either at the end of this week or early next week, with the payment flow updates likely going online first. Those two efforts are being worked on in parallel, with the marketplace update having the highest priority for the community and the payment flow update increasing new IHS purchases the fastest, which has the largest positive long-term impact for everyone involved in the project holding IHS.

Marketplace burns (80% done)

This update will replace the 20% fee with a 10% burn (based on the community vote #12). The update will include a table to transparently show burns within the system. This update does take some time because we are directly including a few new improvements and have to take measures so the updated version stays compliant with regulations.

Payment flow updates (70% done)

We are improving the payment flow during purchases to show payment options based on the actual payment method users want to use (bank, card, crypto, etc.) instead of based on the payment provider, like it is shown right now. Apart from this, we’ll also sort payment providers based on the lowest fees, availability based on the account’s set country, as well as availability based on the verification level. The goal here is to increase sales to bring the project forward, which results in long-term increased mining performance for everyone involved.

Payout improvements and automated withdrawals (95% done)

Improved hot and cold zones

Walls were also erected between the new containers to separate the cold and hot zones. Doors were also built to improve access between the zones and to the containers.

Cleaning miners

This week, the miners were again thoroughly cleaned, as were the mosquito nets on the containers, and minor repairs were made to the miners.
